Abstract
Enterprise resource planning (ERP) has an important role in supporting the realization of Indonesia as a tough country in global competition, through the development and utilization of information and communication technology. Implementation of ERP becomes a demand and necessity in the management of universities. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of top management support in the implementation of ERP universities in East Java, Indonesia. The study used a sample of 164 universities
involving 492 respondents. The results showed that the reflection
of top management support in guarding the implementation of
college ERP in East Java, Indonesia is good.
