Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service excellence, customer value and trust on consumer satisfaction at Star Tailor Ponorogo. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The data from this study were obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires with written statements to respondents and processed using SPSS 23 software.
The population in this study is the people who become consumers of Star Tailor Ponorogo. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents using incidental sampling method. The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is an influence between excellence service on customer satisfaction Star Tailor Ponorogo, (2) There is an influence between customer value on customer satisfaction Star Tailor Ponorogo, (3) There is an influence between trust on customer satisfaction Star Tailor Ponorogo, (4) There is an influence between service excellence, customer value and trust on customer satisfaction of Star Tailor Ponorogo.
