Abstract
This study aims to determine job satisfaction, stress and organizational commitment to turnover intention. The population in this study are 65 employees of” BMD Syariah Dolopo. The sampling “technique used is saturated sampling, which is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples (Sugiyono” 2013. The data analysis method used is quantitative methods, with statistical analysis using computer with SPSS version 22 program. The results of this study indicate that, (1) Job Satisfaction (X1) has an effect on Turnover Intention (Y) (2) Job Stress (X2) has an effect on Turnover Intention (Y) (3) Commitment Organization (X3) has an effect on Turnover Intention (Y).
