(2) Dr. Wahyudi Setiawan, M.Pd.I Keywords; Islamic Education, Blended Learning, Covid-19 The development of learning technology over time continues to increase. Learning that used to only be carried out face-to-face is now starting to develop with online learning. These two learnings synergize to complement each other's strengths and weaknesses in order to produce an integrated learning model. Moreover, the Covid-19 pandemic that has attacked almost the entire world, including Indonesia, has had a significant impact on educational institutions. Educational institutions must update the learning model according to the circumstances at hand. This study aims (1) to determine the planning of PAI learning based on blended learning at MI Al-Islam Jetis and MI Plus Al-Islam Dagangan, (2) to determine the implementation of blended learning based PAI learning at MI Al-Islam Jetis and MI Plus Al- Islam Dagangan, (3) to determine the results of the implementation of blended learning-based PAI learning at MI Al-Islam Jetis and MI Plus Al-Islam Dagangan, (4) to determine the inhibiting and supporting factors of blended learning-based PAI learning at MI Al-Islam Jetis and MI Plus Al-Islam Trade. This study uses a comparative qualitative approach with the type of multicase research. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation and documentation, while the data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that (1) blended learning based PAI learning planning at MI Al-Islam Jetis and MI Plus Al-Islam Dagangan was carried out by developing the PAI syllabus and educational calendar, compiling Learning Implementation Plans and designing learning media, (2) implementing PAI learning based on blended learning, the frequency is more using online learning than conventional learning, using learning media that is tailored to each level, teaching materials that are used as benchmarks are textbooks and worksheets, (3) The results of PAI learning based on blended learning run effectively this can seen from the learning process passed, (4) The inhibiting factors for blended learning-based PAI learning at MI Al-Islam Jetis and MI Plus Al-Islam Dagangan include economic factors, unsupportive parental participation, lack of technological competence of educators, as for supporting factors including access to technology easier logic and information and increased motivation for educators and students.
