Abstract

This research aims to determine the analysis of bankruptcy prediction in property and real estate companies using the method by Altman, Springate, Zmijewski, and Grover at official website of Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2021. The analytical technique used is purposive sampling method. The criteria for selecting a sample of 31 companies with a total popilation of 61 companies. This research used is secondary data from the official website of Indonesia Stck Exchange. The analytical method used is quantitative descriptive. The result of this research show that the method used the predict bankcrupty produce predictions with Altman method the predict 2 healthy companies, 5 vulnerable companies, and 24 companies with the potential to go bankrupt. Springate method predicts that 11 healthy companies and 20 companies have the potential to go bankrupt. Zmijewski method predicts that 29 companies are healthy and 2 companies have the potential to go bankrupt. Grover method predicts 30 healthy companies and 1 potentially bankrupt company. The level of accuracy of the method used is Altman method with an accuracy rate of 6.45%, Springate method with an accuracy rate of 35.48%, Zmijewski method 93.55%, Grover method 96.77%. Of all the methods used, Grover method is the first order method with the highest health prediction, then the method by Zmijewski, Springate, and Altman.
