Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Work Life Balance, Work Stress and Workload on Turnover Intention in Luwes Ponorogo Supermarket Employees. The population in this study were all employees of the Luwes Ponorogo Supermarket, totaling 120 people, and the sample used was 30 respondents. Data collection techniques used by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that 1) Work Life Balance has a positive effect on Turnover Intention with a significance of 0.013. 2) Job Stress has a positive effect on Turnover Intention with a significance of 0.020. 3) Workload has a positive effect on Turnover Intention with a significance of 0.000. 4) Work Life Balance, Work Stress and Workload simultaneously affect Turnover Intention by 63.2%, the remaining 36.8% are influenced by other variables outside the research.
