Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of burnout, work ability, and job satisfaction on employee productivity at CV. New Tweety Magetan. The research method used is a quantitative approach with survey data collection techniques using data research tools in the form of questionnaires. The data is processed from the complete answers of 60 respondents. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Burnout partially has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. (2) The ability to work partially has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. (3) Partial job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity (4) Burnout, work ability and job satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity.
