Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work integrity, emotional intelligence and work motivation on the behavior of CV employees. Putra Sala Group partially or simultaneously. As for the formulation of the problem in this study is whether work integrity, emotional intelligence and work motivation affect the behavior of employees of CV. Putra Sala Group partially or simultaneously? The population in this study are employees of CV. Son of the Sala Group. The reason for choosing CV. Son of the Sala Group. the sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling with the technique taken is saturated sampling (census) that is a total of 50 employees of CV. Son of the Sala Group. The data taken to conduct this research is primary data using a questionnaire instrument. Testing data quality analysis used validity test and reliability test. Then to test the hypothesis using partial regression coefficient test (t test), simultaneous significance test, and the coefficient of determination. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that partially (1) the work integrity variable is positive, which means that there is a parallel direction between work integrity and employee behavior at CV. Son of the Sala Group. Thus, work integrity has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior at CV. Putra Sala Group; (2) The emotional intelligence variable has a positive value, which means that there is a parallel direction between emotional intelligence and Employee Behavior in CV. Son of the Sala Group. So emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior at CV. Putra Sala Group; (3) The variable of work motivation is positive, which means that there is a parallel direction between work motivation and employee behavior in CV. Son of the Sala Group. So work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior at CV. Putra Sala Group; (4) Work integrity, emotional intelligence and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee behavior at CV. Son of the Sala Group. Based on the test results of the coefficient of determination, the Adjusted R-Square value is 0.656 or 65.6% and the remaining 34.4% is influenced by other variables outside the research variables.
