Abstract
ABSTRACT Information technology, especially computer technology, provides many advantages and conveniences in the business world. The use of computer technology in a company or government agency greatly affects the performance of regional officials in developing their duties. Performance is the result of work both in quality and quantity that is achieved by a person in carrying out tasks according to the responsibilities given. Some people perceive this change as anxiety (anxiety), but there are also those who consider change a challenge. Some people are worried about having a computer because they don't know much about computer technology, so they can't benefit from having a computer. This study aims to determine the influence of Computer Anxiety, Education and Communication simultaneously affect the Performance of Village Officials in Kauman District, Ponorogo Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population used in this study were 62 people. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression, t test and F test with SPSS tools. The results showed (1) there was an influence of computer anxiety on the performance of village officials in Kauman District, Ponorogo Regency. This is known from the results of the t test of the computer anxiety variable of 2.225 which is greater than the t table of 2.001, meaning that the computer anxiety variable can improve the performance of Village Officials in Kauman District, Ponorogo Regency. (2) There is an influence of education on the performance of village officials in Kauman District, Ponorogo Regency. The results of the research data hypothesis test showed that the calculated t value of the education variable was 3.017 more than the t table of 2.001, meaning that the education carried out could improve the performance of village officials in Kauman District, Ponorogo Regency. (3) There is an effect of communication on the performance of village officials in Kauman District, Ponorogo Regency. The results of the research data hypothesis test show that the t-count value of the communication variable is 4.173 more than the t-table is 2.001, meaning that the communication carried out can improve the performance of village officials in Kauman District, Ponorogo Regency. (4) There is the influence of computer anxiety, education and communication simultaneously on the performance of village officials in Kauman District, Ponorogo Regency. The results of the simultaneous hypothesis testing of the research data show that the calculated F value of all variables is 78.781 > t table of 2.763, meaning that the variables of computer anxiety, education and communication have a simultaneous significant positive effect on the performance of village officials in Kauman District, Ponorogo Regency.
