Abstract
Rosyidah Nurhayati 19414907 Faculty of Economics, University of Muhammadiyah Ponorogo Currently the entertainment industry is growing, because with the increasing population, one that is part of the industry is the cinema, where people like entertainment as a means of releasing fatigue by watching movies in cinemas, on the other hand the cinema must know what can attract ticket purchasing decisions . The purpose of this study was to find out how the influence of e-service quality, e-website quality and lifestyle on e-ticket purchasing decisions on the cinepolis application. Researchers used a sample of 75 respondents who were consumers of Cinepolis Ponorogo using a sampling technique, namely nonprobability sampling. Regardless of analyzing the data obtained using the validity test, reliability test, r test and f test. The data analysis tool uses multiple linear regression and the coefficient of determination. All the data is processed using SPSS. The results obtained in this study, namely e-service quality, e-website quality, and lifestyle partially have a positive and significant influence on ticket purchasing decisions at Cinepolis Ponorogo. E-service quality, e-website quality, and lifestyle simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on ticket purchasing decisions at Cinepolis Ponorogo.
