Abstract

The research is a quantitative study aimed at knowing the effect of e-service quality, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use on e-commerce shopee. The population of this study is Students Prodi Management of the University of Muhammadiyah Ponorogo from the 2019-2022 force. The sample in the study amounted to 90 people, determined using the Slovin formula, using probability sampling technique with proportional stratified random sampling method. Data collection is done by spreading questionnaires online and offline, and by data using IBM SPSS Statistics. The results of testing were obtained that the variable e-service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, the perceived usfulness variable had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and on the perceived ease of use variable had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and obtained a determination coefficient value of 56.1%.
