Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of job insecurity and job stress on turnover intention, job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population and sample for this research are employees of the Production Directorate of PT INKA Multi Solusi. The sampling technique used disproportionate stratified random sampling, a measurement scale using a Likert scale via a questionnaire while the sample taken was 150 people or visitors. The data analysis tools used are multiple linear regression and path analysis. The results of this research show that, 1) job insecurity and job stress influence job satisfaction among employees of the Production Directorate of PT INKA Multi Solusi, 2) job insecurity and job stress influence turnover intention among employees of the Production Directorate of PT INKA Multi Solusi, 3) job insecurity has an effect on turnover intention, mediated by job satisfaction in employees of the Production Directorate of PT INKA Multi Solusi, and 4) job stress has an effect on turnover intention, mediated by job satisfaction in employees of the Production Directorate of PT INKA Multi Solusi.
