Abstract
ABSTRACT ANALYSIS OF CONFLICT CRISIS ISSUES MANAGEMENT AMAL SEHAT HOSPITAL IN WONOGIRI IN OVERCOMING THE ISSUES OF COVID-19 PATIENTS Frisca Arwia Swastikasari 19240764 This thesis is entitled Analysis of Conflict Crisis Issue Management Amal sehat Hospital in Wonogiri in Overcoming The Issues of Covid-19 Patients. From this title, there is a problem that is being studied, namely how to manage the issue of the Amal Sehat Hospital in Wonogiri in dealing with the issue that Amal Sehat Hospital has covid-19 patients. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of public relations at Amal Sehat Hospital in managing issues that arise in order to maintain the image and build the reputation of the hospital. To find out the problem, it can be abalyzed using the issue management theory put forward by Chase, Jones, and Crane including identifying issue, analyzing issues, formulating strategies, implementing program, and evaluating result. In this study using qualitative methods with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. The benefit of this research is to anticipate and mitigate issues by implemented by the public relations of Amal Sehat Hospital is a reactive strategy so that brings about these changes can be accepted by the public and can increase public trust in Amal Sehat Hospital Keywords : Issue management, Public Relation, Hospital
