Abstract
ABSTRACT ANALYSIS OF PIZZA HUT MARKETING PUBLIC RELATION STRATEGY IN THE PIZZA MAKER JUNIOR PROGRAM AT PIZZA HUT MADIUN MILA MERSIANA 19240755 The title of this thesis is Pizza Hut Public Relations Marketing Strategy Analysis in the Pizza Maker Junior Program at Pizza Hut Madiun. The purpose of this study is to find out how the marketing public relations strategy is in the Pizza Maker Junior program at Pizza Hut Madiun. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method, in which the researcher describes data related to social conditions, connections between variables that occur, and determines the emergence of new facts and their consequences for the environment. Collecting data in this study using observation techniques, interviews and using interpretation. There were 8 informants in this study, of which 2 were from Madiun Pizza Hut, 3 were from schools involved in the Pizza Maker Junior program, and 3 were from parents who were involved in the Pizza Maker Junior program. From the results of the descriptive analysis, data was obtained that Pizza Hut Madiun had implemented a marketing strategy in the Pizza Maker Junior program by implementing seven elements, namely: Product, price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, Physical Evidence, Packaging, Payment, Public Relation, Performance.
