Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership style, work motivation and organizational climate on the productivity of innovative work among employees of UD. Putra Agung Madiun partially or simultaneously. The population in this research is the employees of UD. Putra Agung Madiun totaling 73 employees. Data was taken using a questionnaire instrument. Data quality analysis testing uses validity tests and reliability tests. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing uses partial regression coefficient test (t test), simultaneous significance test and determinant coefficient. The results of this research show that (1) The transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on innovative work productivity at UD. Putra Agung Madiun.; (2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on innovative work productivity at UD. Putra Agung Madiun; (3) The organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on innovative work productivity at UD. Putra Agung Madiun; (4) Transformational leadership style, work motivation and organizational climate have a significant influence on innovative work productivity at UD. Putra Agung Madiun.
