Abstract
In this era of highly competitive technological development, many organizations or agencies are trying to optimize the human resources of their employees, so that they are able to compete in the business market. Human resources for employees are an important factor in the company because they will influence the company's goals. One way to improve human resources employees, namely by providing compensation. Compensation is a right received by workers as appreciation for the contribution they make to the company or organization. So in this research we want to find out how job loyalty is among grabbike drivers in Ponorogo district through the influence of compensation, job satisfaction and work motivation. In this research, the SPSS 22.0 application was used to carry out multiple linear analysis and quantitative methods with primary data. The participants in this research were 97 grabbike drivers in Ponorogo district. Research findings show that work loyalty is positively influenced by compensation, job satisfaction and work motivation. Therefore, if there is a positive correlation in the sense that work loyalty will increase in proportion to the influence of compensation, job satisfaction and work motivation.
