Abstract

Employee performance is a result in the form of quality and quantity that can be achieved by employees with responsibility for fulfilling the tasks given by the company. The better an employee's performance, the better the value or appreciation given by the company. This research aims to determine the influence of Work Discipline, Organizational Culture and Employee Competence on the Performance of UD Rizqi Barokah Employees, Karangan Village, Badegan District, Ponorogo Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach, namely data that can be calculated in the form of numbers.This research uses quantitative methods which aim to determine the influence of Work Discipline, Organizational Culture and Employee Competence on Employee Performance at UD Rizqi Barokah, Karangan Village, Badegan District, Ponorogo Regency. The author's data analysis begins with collecting and processing data in the form of a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale where alternative answers with a value of 1 to 5 are given a score based on the answers to the questions given. both regarding Work Discipline (X1), Organizational Culture (X2), and Employee Competency (X3) and Employee Performance (Y). Based on the results of the discussion according to data managed using a multiple linear regression analysis model, it was concluded that; Based on the results of the t test for the independent variable Work Discipline, the calculated t value > t table (2.815 > 1.990) is obtained, so Ho is rejected, meaning that there is an influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance. For Organizational Culture, the t value obtained > t table (5.754 > 1.990), then Ho is rejected, meaning that there is an influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance. The value obtained for Employee Competency is t calculated > t table (2.017 > 1.990), so Ho is rejected, meaning that there is an influence of Employee Competency on Employee Performance. Meanwhile, based on the results of the F test on the dependent variable Employee Performance, the calculated F value > F table (42.018 > 2.72) is obtained so that Ho is rejected, meaning there is an influence of Work Discipline, Organizational Culture and Employee Competency together/simultaneously influence employee performance.
