Abstract

ABSTRAC IMPLEMENTATION OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM BY THE BANK INDONESIA REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE IN KEDIRI THROUGH THE INDONESIA NEW GENERATION COMMUNITY (GenBI) Amalia Nur Fadila (20240872) This thesis, entitled "Implementation of the Community Development Program by Bank Indonesia Representative Office Kediri through the New Generation of Indonesia Community (GenBI)," aims to investigate the execution of the community development program by the Bank Indonesia Representative Office Kediri utilizing the platform of the New Generation of Indonesia Community (GenBI). Employing a qualitative descriptive research method, data for this study were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Sixteen informants participated, including one representative from the Bank Indonesia Representative Office Kediri, six GenBI leaders in Kediri, four GenBI members in Kediri, and four community members who were recipients of the program. The research employed purposive sampling for data collection. Descriptive analysis revealed that the Bank Indonesia Representative Office Kediri has effectively implemented the community development program through the New Generation of Indonesia, applying the ACTORS theory in community development, encompassing (1) authority, (2) confidence and competence, (3) trust, (4) opportunity, (5) responsibility, and (6) support. Furthermore, the company's image can be shaped by three indicators: (1) response to the company, (2) trust, and (3) ideas and impressions. Overall, the study findings indicate the successful implementation of the community development program by the Bank Indonesia Representative Office Kediri through GenBI, with identified areas for improvement in program application.
