Abstract

ABSTRAK PENYULUHAN BAHAYA NARKOBA, JUDI ONLINE, DAN LARANGAN MEMASANGKENALPOT BISING ATAU BRONG KEPADA SISWA SMA N 1 SLOGOHIMO KABUPATEN WONOGIRI ANDRE CHOIRUL HIDAYAT 20240804 Remaja yang identik dengan perilaku menyimpang disebut dengan kenakalan remaja. Kenakalan remaja adalah bentuk dari permasalahan dan konflik yang terpendam dan tidak ada penyelesaian baik dari masa kanak –kanak sampai masa remaja. Kenakalan yang dilakukan oleh remaja tentunya mempunyai alasan-alasan yang menyebabkan kenakalan itu dapat terjadi. kenakalan remaja sudah menampakkan pergeseran kualitas kenakalan yang menjurus pada tindak kriminalitas, seperti narkoba , judi online, dan pemakaian kenalpot bising/brong yang dapat menganggu kenyamanan masyarakat. Mencermati fenomena tersebut, penulis mencoba melakukan penyuluhan kepada siswa SMA N 1 Slogohimo tentang bahaya narkoba, judi online, dan memakai kenalpot bising/brong. Adapun tujuannya adalah ingin mengetahui remaja dan psikologis remaja, faktor penyebab terjadinya kenakalan remaja dan pergeseran kualitas kenakalan yang dilakukan remaja. Mudahnya akses internet dan informasi membuat remaja mudah mendapatkan informasi yang diinginkan. Bahkan judi yang biasanya hanya dilakukan orang dewasa sekarang sudah dilakukan oleh kalangan remaja atau siswa sekolah.Tidak hanya itu masa remaja adalah masa yang selalu ingin mencoba hal baru dan menjadi pusat perhatian selain itu permasalahan remaja jaman sekarang lebih banyak memakai knalpot brong yang dianggap lebih keren dikalangan mereka. Dalam maklumat kepala kepolisian daerah jawa Tengah menerbitkan larangan penggunaan kenalpot tidak sesuai spesifikasi teknis (bising/brong). Oleh karena itu Bhabinkamtibmas merasa penting adanya penyuluhan terkait kenakalan remaja tentang bahaya narkoba, judi online, dan pemakaian kenalpot bising. Sebagai pengemban fungsi Binmas Bhabinkamtibmas desa slogohimo berperan penting dalam pencegahan kenakalan remaja atau siswa SMA N 1 Slogohimo dengan cara preventif atau penyuluhan langsung kesekolah dan bertatap muka dengan siswa SMA N 1 Slogohimo. Kata kunci : kenakalan remaja, narkoba, judi online, kenalpot bising. ABSTRACT COUNSELING ON THE DANGER OF DRUGS, ONLINE GAMBLING, AND THE PROHIBITION OF PUTTING IN NOISY Muffler OR BROUGHT TO STUDENTS OF SMA N 1 SLOGOHIMO WONOGIRI DISTRICT ANDRE CHOIRUL HIDAYAT 20240804 Adolescents who are identified with deviant behavior are called juvenile delinquents. Juvenile delinquency is a form of hidden problems and conflicts that have no resolution from childhood to adolescence. Delinquency committed by teenagers certainly has reasons that cause the delinquency to occur. Juvenile delinquency has shown a shift in the quality of delinquency that leads to criminal acts, such as drugs, online gambling, and the use of noisy exhausts which can disturb the comfort of society. Paying attention to this phenomenon, the author tried to educate students at SMA N 1 Slogohimo about the dangers of drugs, online gambling, and using noisy exhausts. The aim is to find out about teenagers and adolescent psychology, the factors that cause juvenile delinquency and shifts in the quality of juvenile delinquency. Easy access to the internet and information makes it easy for teenagers to get the information they want. Even gambling, which was usually only done by adults, is now done by teenagers or school students. Not only that, adolescence is a time when you always want to try new things and be the center of attention. Apart from that, the problem is that teenagers nowadays are more likely to wear brong exhausts which are considered cooler. among them. In an edict, the Central Java regional police chief issued a ban on the use of exhausts that do not comply with technical specifications (noisy/brong). Therefore, Bhabinkamtibmas feels that it is important to provide education regarding juvenile delinquency about the dangers of drugs, online gambling and the use of noisy exhausts. As the function of Binmas Bhabinkamtibmas, Slogohimo village plays an important role in preventing delinquency among teenagers or students of SMA N 1 Slogohimo by means of prevention or counseling directly to the school and face to face with students of SMA N 1 Slogohimo.
