Abstract

This study aims to find out the impact of the non-physical working environment, workload, and job satisfaction on turnover intention in Swalayan Luwes Ponorogo employees. The population used in this study is Swalayan Luwes Ponorogo's employee of 110 people. While for sampling the samples used saturated sample technique, where samples were taken entirely from a population of 110. The data collection technique in this research uses questionnaires and also interviews with the management of Swalyan Luwés Ponorego. For the analysis used in this study is to use double linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that the non-physical work environment has no significant impact on the Turnover Intention. The partial workload does not have a significant effect on the turnover intention.
