Abstract
Career development is a process in a person's life that will later be able to make the person more mature, more able to utilize their potential so that they achieve a career according to themselves. This study chose Darmayu Ponorogo Hospital as the object of research. The purpose of this study was to determine "The Effect of Training, Job Promotion, and Self-Efficacy on Employee Career Development at Darmayu Ponorogo Hospital". This study is a quantitative study with a data collection method using a questionnaire that was distributed offline. The population in this study were 387 employees of Darmayu Ponorogo Hospital. The sampling method used the Simple Random Sampling technique with 80 Respondents. Data measurement uses a Likert scale of one to five, where 1 is for strongly disagree and 5 is for strongly agree. The data analysis used in this study is Structural Equaton Modeling (SEM) through the SmartPLS 4.0 application. The results of the analysis show that training has a significant effect on employee career development at Darmayu Hospital, Ponorogo, job promotion has a significant effect on employee career development at Darmayu Hospital, Ponorogo, and self-efficacy has a significant effect on employee career development at Darmayu Hospital, Ponorogo.
