Abstract
The increasingly rapid development of the business world means companies must be able to compete with many other companies. This research chose PT. Artomoro Tanemjoyo Ponorogo as research object. The purpose of this research is to determine "The Influence of Burnout, Quality of Work Life, and Organizational Commitment on Employee Turnover Intention at PT. Artomoro Tanemjoyo Ponorogo.” This research is quantitative research with a data collection method using a questionnaire distributed via Google Form. The population in this research is all employees of PT. Artomoro Tanemjoyo Ponorogo. The sampling method used a saturated sample where the entire population was sampled as 37 respondents. Data measurement uses a Likert scale of one to five, where 1 is an answer that strongly disagrees and 5 is an answer that strongly agrees. The data analysis used in this research is SEM (Structural Equaton Modeling) via the SmartPLS 4.0 application. The results of the analysis show that burnout has a significant effect on employee turnover intention at PT. Artomoro Tanemjoyo Ponorogo, quality of work life has a significant effect on employee turnover intention at PT. Artomoro Tanemjoyo Ponorogo, and organizational commitment do not have a significant effect on employee turnover intention at PT. Artomoro Tanemjoyo Ponorogo.
