Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality, Product Quality and Experiential Marketing on Customer Satisfaction of Mie Gacoan Ponorogo. This research is a descriptive quantitative type research. The population used in this study were consumers who had made purchases at Mie Gacoan Ponorogo. Researchers use non-probability sampling techniques. In sampling, it was taken by accidental sampling method and taken as many as 102 people. In this study the authors used data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. The data analysis uses the structural equation modeling partial least square (SEM-PLS) method in the SmartPLS 3.0 version. Based on the research results it can be concluded that: (1) Service Quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction; (2) Product Quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction; (3) Experiential Marketing has no significant effect on customer satisfaction.
