Abstract

This study aims to find out the conceptual process of the Promotion of Culinary Tourism of Sate Haji Tukri Sobikun Chicken in Ponorogo Regency.The theory used is the 7P Marketing Mix or Marketing Mix which consists of elements of product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence (7P). The method used is qualitative descriptive with 6 informants who have been determined by the researcher. Haji Sutono as the owner of Haji Tukri Sobikun chicken satay restaurant in Ponorogo Regency. The results of the study reveal how to analyze the Concept of Promotion of Culinary Tourism of Sate Ayam Haji Tukri Sobikun in Ponorogo Regency.Referring to Philip Kotler's 7P theory on Quality Assessment of the Concept of Promotion of Culinary Tourism of Sate Haji Tukri Sobikun in Ponorogo Regency by using the 7p Marketing Mix, namely product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence. After observations and interviews, the Concept of Promoting Culinary Tourism of Sate Ayam Haji Tukri Sobikun has fulfilled the 7p Marketing Mix well. Analysis of the Promotion Concept of the Haji Tukri Sobikun Restaurant itself plays an important role in further improving or introducing chicken satay culinary tourism both outside Ponorogo and outside Ponorogo.
