Abstract

The Effect of Social Support, Self-Efficacy, Job Stress on Employee Performance at PT. BPR Artanawa Madiun Wahyu Eka Saputri Faculty of Economics, University of Muhammadiyah Ponorogo ABSTRACT This study aims to explain the effect of social support, self-efficacy, work stress on employee performance at PT BPR Artanawa Madiun. The method used in this research is quantitative. This study uses saturated sampling technique as a sampling method. The data used is primary data, namely by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to employees at PT. BPR Artanawa Madiun as many as 39 respondents, and secondary data obtained from sources that can support this research such as the internet, documentation, and literature. The results of this study indicate that: (1) social support has a significant effect on employee performance, (2) self-efficacy has a significant effect on employee performance, (3) work stress has no significant effect on employee performance.
