Abstract

The public service created by RSUD Dr. Harjono Ponorogo is a new innovation at the hospital. This research intends to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of the ANDALAN Dr. Harjono Hospital online registration application. In this research, qualitative methods were used with the aim of obtaining in-depth data through interviews with informants who are responsible for managing public information. The techniques used in this research were carried out through interviews, observations and documentation. The results of this research can illustrate and find out about the effectiveness and efficiency in using the online registration application. This application not only has features that make it easier to register patients, but can also be used to find out specialist doctor's practice schedules, room information, order ambulances, visit history. and drug and supporting history. The effectiveness and efficiency of this application can be seen from the number of patients who use the application to register patients.
