Abstract
ABSTRAK Husodo, Putra Febrianto, NIM 20415173, Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo, Thesis: "The Influence of Quality of Work Life, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Communication on Employee Performance at CV. Madiun Creative Industries” Performance in a company is the main factor in achieving success. Performance can be influenced by several factors including Quality of Work Life, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Communication. This research aims to determine the influence of Quality of Work Life, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Communication on Employee Performance at CV. Madiun Creative Industries. This research uses a quantitative approach with the interview method. The population in this research is all employees and female employees of CV. Madiun Creative Industries. The sampling method used a saturated sampling technique with 50 respondents. Data collection uses questionnaires and analysis uses Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this research show that the Quality of Work Life t test has a significant positive effect on employee performance, Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a significant positive effect on employee performance, Communication has a significant positive effect on employee performance and using the F test Quality of Work Life, Organizational Citizhensip Behavior and Communication have an effect significant positive effect on employee performance.
