Abstract

Human Resources Management is an important factor in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of a company. Management is the science and art of managing the process of utilizing human resources and other resources effectively and efficiently to achieve a certain goal. This research aims to find out whether Job Insecurity, Position Rotation and Workload influence Turnover Intention at AHASS CUN Motor in the Ponorogo Region. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The population used is all employees at AHASS CUN Motor Ponorogo Region. The number of samples used was 55 employees with the sample selection technique using the saturated sample method or total sampling. The research results show the results of the partial test (T Test) that Job Insecurity (5.267) has an effect on Turnover Intention, Job Rotation (2.293) has an effect on Turnover Intention, Workload (2.694) has an effect on Turnover Intention and simultaneously both have an effect on Turnover Intention in AHASS CUN Motor Ponorogo Region. keywords: Job Insecurity, Job Rotation, Workload, Turnover Intention
