Abstract
The focus of this research is about public communication strategy in The Ponorogo Branch Office of Bank X by their Corporate Social Responsibility program. The researcher tries to analyze Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by SWOT diagram analyses. Also the researcher has done literature reviews on subject relating to strategy communication public in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), this research use qualitative descriptive methodology. The result of this research is four strategies related to strength opportunity strategies, weakness opportunities strategies, strength threat strategies, and weakness threat strategies in their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program.
