Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership, Compensation and Employee Engagement on Employee Commitment at the Culture and Tourism Office of Ponorogo Regency. The sample used in this study were 55 employees at the Department of Culture and Tourism of Ponorogo Regency. The testing stages used include instrument testing, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis testing. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) there was an influence of Transformational Leadership on the Commitment of the Culture and Tourism Office of Ponorogo Regency, (2) there was the effect of Compensation on the Commitment of the Employees of the Culture and Tourism Office of Ponorogo Regency, (3) there was the influence of Employee Engagement on the Commitment of the Culture and Tourism Office of the Employees. and Tourism of Ponorogo Regency, (4) Transformational Leadership, Compensation, Employee Engagement have a Simultaneous effect on the Commitment of the employees of the Culture and Tourism Office of Ponorogo Regency.
