Abstract
ABSTRACT Researchers took this study to determine the effect of work stress, salary and leadership on turnover intention at CV Prabu Motor Ponorogo. Researchers in conducting this study using the Quantitative Method by distributing questionnaires to respondents, namely employees at Prabu Motor Ponorogo. Researchers took this study to determine the effect of work stress, salary and leadership on turnover intention at CV Prabu Motor Ponorogo. Researchers in conducting this study using the Quantitative Method by distributing questionnaires to respondents, namely employees at Prabu Motor Ponorogo using SPSS analysis and getting a sample of 35 employees using proportionate stratified random sampling. This research yielded results, namely job stress has a positive and significant effect, salary has a negative but significant effect, leadership has a negative and significant influence. Negative here can be interpreted if one of the variables increases by one unit, then the dependent variable will also decrease by one unit, otherwise if the independent variable decreases by one unit, the dependent variable will increase by one unit. Keywords: work stress, salary, leadership, and turnover intention ABSTRAK Peneliti mengambil penelitian ini agar diketahuinya pengaruh stress kerja, besaran gaji dan kepemimpinan terhadap turnover Intention di cv Prabu Motor Ponorogo. Peneliti dalam melakukan penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Kuantitatif dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada responden yaitu karyawan di prabu motor ponorogo dengan menggunakan analisis SPSS dan mendapatkan sampel sebanyak 35 karyawan dengan menggunakan proportionate staratified random sampling. Penelitian ini membuahkan hasil yaitu stress kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan, Besaran gaji mempunyai pengaruh negative namun signifikan, Kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh negative dan signifikan. Negative disini dapat diartikan jika salah satu variable naik satu satuan, kemuadian variable dependen juga akan turun satu satuan, sebaliknya jika variable independent turun satu satuan maka variable dependen akan naik satu satuan. Kata kunci: stress kerja, besaran gaji, kepemimpinan, dan turnover intention
