ABSTRAK Siti Fatimah. Pengembangan Media Story Book Ilustration dan Video Barcode Sebagai Upaya Meningkatkan Kemampuan Menyimak Siswa TK B Mutiara Hati Ponorogo. Skripsi. Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini, Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo. Pembimbing 1 Ida Yeni Rahmawati, M.Pd, Pembimbing 2 Betty Yulia Wulansari, M.Pd. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1) mendeskripsikan pengembangan media story book ilustration dan video barcode sebagai upaya meningkatkan kemampuan menyimak siswa TK B Mutiara Hati Ponorogo. 2) mengetahui perbedaan antara sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media story book ilustration dan video barcode sebagai upaya meningkatkan kemampuan menyimak siswa TK B di TK Mutiara Hati Ponorogo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (R & D). Desain penelitian dan pengembangan menggunakan prosedur penelitian pengembangan dari Sugiyono. Metode pengujian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain pre-eksperimental bentuk one-group pretest-posttest design, yaitu membandingkan hasil dari pretest dan posttest pada uji coba skala kecil dan uji coba besar. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi angket, tes autentik dan wawancara terhadap guru sedangkan instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data meliputi angket validasi ahli media dan ahli materi, lembar penilaian kinerja pemahaman menyimak secara lisan serta instrumen wawancara terhadap guru. Teknik analisis data secara kualitatif pada hasil wawancara terhadap guru, kritik serta saran oleh ahli media dan ahli materi pada angket validasi. Sedangkan analisis data secara kuantitatif pada hasil penilaian validasi ahli materi dan ahli media serta hasil penilaian pretest-posttest pada uji coba produk skala kecil dan uji coba produk skala besar. Hasil uji validasi produk oleh ahli materi mendapatkan persentase nilai sebesar 90% valid dan 82.5% valid oleh ahli media. Hasil uji coba produk pada skala kecil nilai rata-rata kemampuan menyimak siswa saat pretest sebesar 45,71 dengan KKM 65 maka dikategorikan kurang dan pada posttest sebesar 79,14 dikategorikan baik. Sedangkan pada uji coba produk skala besar nilai rata-rata kemampuan menyimak siswa saat pretest sebesar 62,6 dikategorikan sedang dan pada posttest sebesar 84,6 dikategorikan baik. Berdasarkan hasil validasi produk dapat disimpulkan bahwa media telah valid dan dapat digunakan. Pada hasil uji coba produk terdapat berbedaan antara nilai rata-rata pretest dan posttest maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa media story book ilustration dan video barcode dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menyimak siswa TK B di Mutiara Hati Ponorogo. The research aims to: 1) describe the development of a media story book ilustration and barcode videos as an effort to increase the listening ability of kindy B’s students in Mutiara Hati Kindergarten Ponorogo. 2) knowing the difference between before and after using a media story book ilustration and barcode videos as an effort to increase the listening ability of kindy B’s students in Mutiara Hati Kindergarten Ponorogo. This research is research and development (R & D). Research design and development use development research procedures from Sugiyono. The test method used was an experiment with a pre-experimental design a one-group pretest-posttest design, that is, comparing the results of pretest and posttest on small scale tests and large scale tests. Data collection techniques include questionnaire, authentic tests and interviews for teachers while instruments used to collect data include validation for media and materials experts, oral attentions and interview tools for teachers. Data analysis techniques are qualitative in interviews with teachers, criticisms and suggestions by media experts and materials experts in the instrument validation. Whereas quantitative data analysis on the validation results of materials and media experts and the result of assessments from small-scale products test and large-scale product test. The results of the validation test by a material expert get a percentage of a value of 90% valid and 82.5% valid by a media expert. The results of the product test on a small scale are average the listening ability to students when a pretest of 45.71 minimum value 65 is less and 79.14 posttest is good. Whereas in large-scale product testing the average value of the listening ability to students when a pretest of 62.6 is medium and the posttest is 84.6 is good. Based on the results of product validation it can be concluded that media is valid and can be used. In product testing there is a difference between the average value of pretest and posttest, it can be concluded that media story book illustrations and barcode videos can increase the listening ability of kindy B’s students in Mutiara Hati Kindergarten Ponorogo.
