Abstract
ABSTRACT This study was conducted to determine the effect of venture capital, promotion, technology and education level on MSME income in Jenangan District. The object of this research is the owner of MSMEs in Jenangan District whose business has been registered with the One Stop Service and Investment Service. Respondents in this study amounted to 187 owners of SMEs in Jenangan District. The sampling technique used is cluster sampling. The data used are primary data using questionnaires distributed directly to respondents and supported by interviews. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis assisted by the SPSS 25 data processing application. Descriptive statistical test, data quality test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. Based on the test results on the first hypothesis, it shows that business capital has a positive and significant effect on MSME income. This means that the higher the use of business capital, the higher the income of MSMEs. The results of testing the second hypothesis show that promotion has a positive and significant effect on MSME income. This means that the higher the promotion, the higher the income of MSMEs. The results of testing the third hypothesis indicate that technology has a positive and significant effect on MSME income. This means that the higher the use of technology, the more successful the business owner in developing the business and can increase the income of MSME actors. The results of testing the fourth hypothesis indicate that the level of education has a positive and significant effect on the income of MSMEs. This means that the higher the education level of a person, the higher his business income. Simultaneous test results show that business capital, promotion, technology and education level affect MSMEs in Jenangan District. The results of the determination test show that the value of R square is 0.516. This means that business capital, promotion, technology, and education level can affect the income of MSMEs in Jenangan District by 51.6% and the remaining 48.4% is influenced by other factors outside of this study.
