Abstract
This research was conducted at PT. Bank Jatim Magetan Branch, aim to determinethe effect of Leadership, Reward and Punishment on Work Discipline on Employees of PT.Bank Jatim Magetan Branch. The research smple is all employees of PT. Bank Jatim Magetan Branch. 75 as respondens, using a saturated sample. The testing phase includes instrument testing, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study prove : Leadership has a positive and significant effect on work discipline on employees of PT. Bank Jatim Magetan Branch, Reward has a positive and significant effect on work discipline on employees of PT. Bank Jatim Magetan Branch, Punishment has a positive and significant effect on work discipline on employees ofPT. Bank Jatim Magetan Branch, Leadership, Reward and Punishment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on work discipline o employees of PT. Bank Jatim Magetan Branch
