Abstract
This study aims to determine the Cafe Consumer Perceptions of the use of non-cash payments in Ponorogo Regency. Research will answer problems regarding perceptions of service benefits, perceptions of convenience usage, and perception of usage risk towards payment usage non-cash at Consumer Cafe in Ponorogo Regency. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative research with explain and describe primary data directly from respondents research, namely the Café Consumers in Ponorogo Regency regarding various public perception and use of non-cash payments. The results of the study show, (1) Perception of service benefits has an effect significant impact on the use of non-cash payments. (2) Perception of convenience usage has no significant effect on payment usage non-cash. (3) Perceived risk of use does not have a significant effect on use of non-cash payments. (4) Simultaneously the independent variable is perception service benefits, perceived ease of use, and perceived risk of use significant effect on the use of non-cash payments on Consumer Café in Ponorogo Regency.
