Abstract

ABSTRACT In Ponorogo, a small printing press is currently starting to develop. Many designers who make it as a business opportunity. Pege design is one of the businesses that started as a graphic design service, and is now developing into a printing press. Pege Design continues to do rebranding to build customer trust and continue to develop its business. In the rebranding process to build customer trust, Pege Design carried out (1) Repositioning, namely expanding the field of work, (2) Renaming, namely changing the logo textline, logo shape, (3) Redesigning, namely arranging with a new concept after rebranding, (4) Relaunching, namely starting to introduce something new after the rebranding process. This study uses qualitative analysis methods. The location of this research is in the Pege design printing business. The type of data used is primary and secondary data, while the data source comes from an informant. The technique used in this study is a sampling technique. In this research, there are several stages, namely (1) the pre-field stage, (2) the field stage, (3) the report writing stage, (4) the data collection stage. In the data collection techniques there are (1) interview techniques (2) observation techniques and (3) documentation techniques. In addition, there are also data analysis techniques and data validity techniques. Pege Design started launching with its new concept on August 1, 2020 at its new location, namely on Jl. Sumatra No. 26A. By changing the arrangement of the workplace to social media. Pege Design also makes promotions and continues to advertise its business. Pege Design continues to carry out its rebranding process from year to year to build customer trust and also to improve its business.
