Abstract
The company's strategy in an effort to maximize and improve employee performance is not only seen from the achievement of performance results, it is also necessary to pay attention to the factors that influence employee performance, such as transformational leadership, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. "At Surya Mart Supermarket Jalan Soekarno Hatta Ponorogo the performance of its employees is strongly influenced by several factors such as transformational leadership, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. In a company, human resources are an important aspect, therefore the company is responsible for life in the work environment and directs its employees to be optimally involved for the progress of the company. the sampling technique used is saturated sampling, because the population is not greater than 100 people, the sample can be taken 100% or all employees of Surya Mart Supermarket Jalan Soekarno Hatta Ponorogo. The results of the study show (1) that transformational leadership partially has a significant effect on employee performance (2) partially significant organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance. (3) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) partially has a significant effect on employee performance. (4) Transformational leadership (X1), organizational commitment (X2), Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely employee performance."
