Abstract

NURSING CARE IN SKIZOFRENIA PATIENTS WITH PROBLEM CHEAP PRICE CARE PROBLEMS (In. Dr. Arif Zainudin Surakarta Central Hospital in 2023) By: Yulia Eka Rohmatin NIM 20613383 Low self-esteem is a prolonged feeling of worthlessness, meaninglessness and low self-esteem due to negative evaluation of oneself and one's abilities. There is a feeling of loss of self-confidence, a feeling of failure because you are unable to achieve what you want according to your ideal self. The purpose of this study was to apply nursing care to schizophrenia with low self-esteem nursing problems. The research method used is a descriptive method with a nursing process approach. The participants in this study were schizophrenic patients with HDR problems in the Nakula Room, RSJ Dr. Arif Zainudin Surakarta. The results of the study found Mr. A said that he was bullied by his friends when he was in elementary and high school and made fun of by his neighbors which made him embarrassed to meet crowds and chose to be alone. Nursing action plans carried out in accordance with specific goals which include building a trusting relationship with patients, identifying positive aspects and abilities possessed, can assess positive abilities in stages such as making beds and sweeping floors. When these problems arise, it is hoped that the patient will use the methods that have been taught to focus on activities not on the problems experienced.
