Abstract
This research aims to find out how the balanced scorecard is applied to measure performance at PT Taspen (PERSERO) Madiun. This research uses a company performance approach which will be measured through four performance perspectives, namely the financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and growth and learning perspective. The data used is secondary data and primary data. Data collection methods include documentation and questionnaires. Performance analysis uses the balanced scorecard method which is assessed from 4 perspectives: financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and growth and learning perspective. The results of the research are based on data analysis using a balanced scorecard on the financial perspective of the performance of PT Taspen (PERSERO) Madiun, namely (1) ROE shows an assessment with quite healthy results, (2) ROA shows an assessment with quite healthy results, (3) BOPO shows an assessment with quite healthy results. very healthy results that meet standard criteria based on Bank Indonesia regulations. Based on the customer perspective, the performance of PT Taspen (PERSERO) Madiun is in the good category. This can be seen from the average results of people answering satisfaction with the performance of PT Taspen (PERSERO) Madiun. The results from an internal business perspective show that the performance of PT Taspen (PERSERO) Madiun is in the good category. This can be seen from the results of the employee questionnaire which has an average of satisfied answers with working at PT Taspen (PERSERO) Madiun. Meanwhile, from a growth and learning perspective, it also shows that the performance of PT Taspen (PERSERO) Madiun is in the good category. This can be seen from the average results of the questionnaire where the average employee answers are satisfied with the increased productivity and level of employee training by working at PT Taspen (PERSERO) Madiun. So the overall results of PT Taspen (PERSERO) Madiun are generally in the good category when measured using the balanced scorecard approach.
