Pascasarjana Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo. Pembimbing (1) Dr. Nurul Iman, Lc. M.H.I. Pembimbing (2) Anip Dwi Saputro, M.Pd. Kata kunci: Karakter religius, pembelajaran kimia. Dalam rangka membentuk generasi penerus bangsa yang berkarakter, nilai-nilai religius sangat perlu ditanamkan ke dalam diri peserta didik. Salah satunya yaitu dengan cara mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai religius dalam materi pembelajaran. Pengintegrasian aspek ini dapat menunjukkan perubahan yang positif untuk menghadapi persaingan global menghadapi era 4.0. rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) Apa saja nilai-nilai karakter yang terdapat pada proses pembelajaran kimia? 2) Bagaimana model pengembangan karakter religius peserta didik dalam pembelajaran Kimia di MAN 2 Kota Madiun? 3) Strategi apa yang dilakukan dalam pengembangan karakter religius peserta didik pada pembelajaran Kimia? Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Pengecekan keabsahan data dengan cara perpanjang keikutsertaan, pengamatan yang tekun, triangulasi, dan pengecekan sejawat melalui diskusi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa:1) Nilai-nilai karakter yang terdapat pada pembelajaran kimia di MAN 2 Kota Madiun meliputi: religius, jujur, disiplin, kecerdasan kritis, tekun, tanggung jawab, kerja sama, dan sikap terbuka. Pembentukan karakter tersebut dilakukan dengan pembiasaan pada peserta didik. Pembiasaan tersebut diinternalisasi melalui pembelajaran dengan cara dipadukan dengan keteladanan dari pendidik. 2) Model pengembangan karakter religius peserta didik dalam pembelajaran Kimia di MAN 2 Kota Madiun yaitu menggunakan model organik yakni menciptakan suasana religius dalam pembelajaran. Seluruh kegiatan dalam pembelajaran diinternalisasi karakter religius yang didasarkan pada al-Qur’an dan hadits, sehingga terbentuk pada diri peserta didik karakter religius yang memunculkan potensi baik dalam bertindak, cara pandang, berfikir, bersikap, dan gagasan. 3) Strategi yang dilakukan dalam pengembangan karakter religius peserta didik pada pembelajaran Kimia di MAN 2 Kota Madiun yaitu: a) Tahap perencanaan pembelajaran, meliputi: internalisasi materi dengan karakter religius yang berdasar al-Qur’an dan hadits, serta pembuatan perangkat pembelajaran kimia. b) Tahap pelaksanaan pembelajaran meliputi: kegiatan pendahuluan (warmer, scene setting, pre-teach), kegiatan inti (mengamati, menanya, mengumpulkan informasi, mengasosiasi, dan mengkomunikasikan), dan kegiatan penutup. c) Tahap penilaian pembelajaran, meliputi: penilaian sikap, pengetahuan, dan ketrampilan. In order to form the nation's next generation of character, religious values really need to be instilled in students. One of them is by integrating religious values in learning materials. The integration of these aspects can show positive changes to face global competition facing the 4.0 era. The formulation of the problem in this study are: 1) What are the character values found in the chemistry learning process? 2) What strategies are used in developing the religious character of students in Chemistry learning? 3) How is the model for developing the religious character of students in learning Chemistry at MAN 2 Madiun? The research method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Checking the validity of the data by extending participation, diligent observation, triangulation, and peer checking through discussion. Data analysis was carried out with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The character values contained in chemistry learning at MAN 2 Madiun include: religious, honest, disciplined, critical intelligence, diligent, responsible, cooperative, and open attitude. The character formation is done by habituation to the students. This habit is internalized through learning in a way that is combined with the example of educators. 2) The model for developing the religious character of students in learning Chemistry at MAN 2 Madiun is using an organic model that creates a religious atmosphere in learning. All activities in learning are internalized by religious characters based on the Qur'an and hadith, so that religious characters are formed in students who bring out good potential in acting, perspective, thinking, behaving, and ideas. 3) The strategies carried out in developing the religious character of students in Chemistry learning at MAN 2 Madiun are: a) The learning planning stage includes: internalizing material with religious characters based on the Qur'an and hadith, as well as making chemistry learning tools. b) The implementation stage of learning includes: preliminary activities (warmer, scene setting, pre-teach), core activities (observing, asking questions, gathering information, associating, and communicating), and closing activities. c) The learning assessment stage includes: attitude, knowledge, and skill assessment.
