Abstract
THE EFFECT OF COMPLETE FEATURES, EASY, AND SECURITY ON USER SATISFACTION ZOOM MEETINGS AS A MEDIA SUPPORTING VIRTUAL LEARNING DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC Fitriya Ramadayani Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo Email : ramadayanifitriya@gmail.com This study aims to determine the effect of complete features, convenience, and security on user satisfaction with zoom meetings as a media to support virtual learning during the covid-19 pandemic. The object in this study is the zoom meeting application, and the subjects in this study are management study program students class 2018 Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo as users of the zoom meeting application system with a population of 72 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire/questionnaire. Stages of testing using test instruments, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis test, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded: complete features have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction of (0.322), convenience has a positive insignificant value to user satisfaction of (0.181), and security has a positive insignificant value to user satisfaction of (0.188).
