Abstract

The emergence of technology has led to increased competition in the world of work, one of which is employee performance, while employees in carrying out their performance need the support of colleagues, organizational commitment and mastery of technology. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of "colleague support, organizational commitment and mastery of technology on employee performance at the Ponorogo Central Statistics Agency". The population in this study was 31 respondents. This research is quantitative research with data collection methods using questionnaires. Data measurement uses a Likert scale of one to five, where 1 is an answer that strongly disagrees and 5 is an answer that strongly agrees. The data analysis used in this research is SPSS (Statistics Product and Service Solution) version 25 with the results of the analysis showing that Colleague Support influences Employee Performance at the Ponorogo Central Statistics Agency, Organizational Commitment influences Employee Performance at the Ponorogo Central Statistics Agency, Mastery of Information Technology influences on employee performance at the Ponorogo Central Statistics Agency, and co-worker support, organizational commitment and mastery of information technology simultaneously influence employee performance at the Ponorogo Central Statistics Agency.
