Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of career development, work motivation and job satisfaction on employee loyalty at KBPR Arta Kencana Madiun Head Office. The population in this study were 62 employees of KBPR Arta Kencana Madiun Head Office. Data collection uses a questionnaire instrument and the measurement scale uses a Likert scale. Data analysis uses validity, reliability, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination R2, and hypothesis with the IBM SPSS 21 program. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that the career development variable has a positive but not significant effect on employee loyalty, the work motivation variable has a positive but not significant effect. significant effect on employee loyalty, and the job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. The variables of career development, work motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously influence employee loyalty.
