Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job insecurity, organizational culture, and job satisfaction on organizational commitment of employees of the Sukun Gondorukem and Turpentine Factory (PGT), Pulung District, Ponorogo Regency. This research uses quantitative methodology. The data in this study came from a questionnaire distributed with written statements to respondents. Then analyzed using the SPSS version 26 software application. The population in this study were employees of the Sukun Gondorukem and Turpentine Factory (PGT), Pulung District, Ponorogo Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 55 people using the saturated sample technique. The research findings show that: there is no influence between Job Insecurity on organizational commitment, there is a positive and significant influence between Organizational Culture on Organizational Commitment, there is a positive and significant influence between Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment, and there is a simultaneous influence between Job Insecurity, Organizational Culture, and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment of employees of Gondorukem and Turpentine Factory (PGT) Sukun, Pulung District, Ponorogo Regency.
