Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of self-efficacy, work discipline and non-physical work environment on job satisfaction of employees of the Ponorogo Regency Communication, Informatics and Statistics Service. The population in this study were employees of the Ponorogo Communication, Informatics and Statistics Service. The sampling method in this research is to use a saturated sampling technique, namely, a technique where all members of the population are used as samples. So the number of samples in this research was 44 employees of the Ponorogo Regency Communication, Informatics and Statistics Department. The research methodology used is using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis with the help of Smart PLS version 4 software. The results of the analysis show that Self-Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction of Employees of the Ponorogo Regency Communication, Informatics and Statistics Service, Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of the Communication, Informatics and Statistics Service of Ponorogo Regency, and finally the Non-Physical Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction of Employees of the Communication, Informatics and Statistics Service of Ponorogo Regency
