Abstract
In the current digital era, social media such as Instagram has become a powerful platform for promoting various products and services, including the food and beverage industry. Food vloggers or culinary content creators like @ariemadione have a significant role in influencing consumer food preferences and lifestyles. This research aims to explore the persuasive communication strategies used by food vloggers on the Instagram account @ariemadione to influence consumer behavior regarding food choices. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Food Vlogger's Persuasive Communication Strategy on Instagram Account @ariemadione can be analyzed through four main stages, namely Attention, Interest, Desire, and Action. @ariemadione has succeeded in making good use of social media platforms to promote Madiun culinary delights, create active interactions with followers, and continue to improve the quality of the content presented
