Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Work Facilities, Leadership Style, and Rewards on Job Satisfaction of Non-Civil Servant Cleaning Officers of the Environmental Service of Madiun City. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The data in the study were obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires by giving written questions to respondents. The analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. The population in this study were 72 Non-Civil Servant Cleaning Officers of the Environmental Service of Madiun City. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Partially, work facilities have a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, (2) Partially, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, (3) Partially, rewards have a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, (4) Simultaneously, work facilities, leadership style, and rewards have a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction.
