Abstract

Learning media implementation is the process of applying various tools, technology and resources used to support and enrich the learning experience. Learning media includes various forms, such as visual, audio, and interactive multimedia, which aim to increase student engagement, clarify difficult concepts, and strengthen understanding of the material. Fiqh teachers at MTS N 3 Pacitan are accustomed to using ICT-based learning media. MTsN 3 Pacitan is equipped with various ICT-based learning media.
The aim of this research is how to determine the application of ICT-based learning media in improving student learning achievement in Fiqh subjects at MTs N 3 Pacitan, and to determine the impact of using ICT-based learning media at MTs N 3 Pacitan.
This research uses a qualitative approach because it includes in field research, then to collect data and information obtained through observations at MTs N 3 Pacitan, interviews with the madrasa head, fiqh subject teacher, curriculum head, ICT assistant teacher, and also several students.
The research results show that: 1) The implementation of ICT-based learning media has gone well by utilizing learning media for daily learning, carrying out semester evaluations and also being supported by madrasah infrastructure. 2) The impact of using ICT-based learning media is increasing student learning motivation with evidence that class 9B students experience increased achievement. The obstacles and solutions for students and teachers in using ICT-based learning media at MTs N 3 Pacitan are that students face limited access to technology and a lack of digital literacy. On the teacher's side, there are limited mastery of technology and difficulties in designing learning materials. Solutions to overcome these obstacles include providing devices by schools, digital literacy training, technical support, and socializing the benefits of ICT.
