Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the influence of work stress and culture
Organization and Job Satisfaction on Employee Turnover at Space Group
Ponorogo. This research was conducted at Space Group Ponorogo. With
took 30 respondents as research samples. Data collection is carried out
using Nonprobability Sampling techniques. This research
using Saturated Samples. This research produced three main findings
in accordance with the proposed hypothesis, namely: 1) The results of this research prove
that Job Stress has a significant effect on turnover, 2) Research results
This proves that organizational culture has an effect on turnover, 3)
The results of this research prove that Organizational Satisfaction has an influence
on turnover.
