Abstract

Abstract
The aim of this research is to determine the influence of E-Servqual and Customer Engagement on Repurchase Decisions with E-Satisfaction as an intervening variable on @oskacamata Instagram Followers. Oskacamata Instagram followers are the population in this study. The sample taken for research was 100 respondents. Purposive random sampling is the sampling technique used. data collection using questionnaires. A 5-level Likert scale was used for measurement and then data processing using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) application for Windows version 25. Data analysis processing in this research used multiple linear regression and path analysis.
